With a direct DN 40 intake branch line, these pump types can achieve a suction head of 6 m. Brochure sheet no. 2033 describes how the self priming system we have developed operates with flushed impeller cells. All details apply to raising water at about 18 °C.
If operations are not to suffer under cavitation, the maximum suction head may not be exceeded. Also available are other pump types with other performance ranges.
