A pump set for the industry robust and reliable. The compact design is handled easily for mobile applications and saves space in stationary installations.
The range of materials to choose from Grey cast iron, bronze, chromium alloys, stainless steel alloys means that the pump can be used even under increased attack from abrasive and corrosive pumped media. The wide range of applications is rounded off with a large number of drive motor variants.
And of course, our pumps and self priming systems are insensitive to wastewater.
With a direct DN 32 intake branch line, this pump type with the o3KR and o4KR impellers can achieve a suction head of 7 m. With a DN 40 line, the suction head is still 5 m. These suction heights decrease by 2 m with the o2KR impeller.
The impellers o3KR and o4KR can even prime against counterpressure (e.g. from a loaded check valve). The suction height then decreases by about 2–3.5 m under a counterpressure of 3–5.5 m. The above details apply to raising water at about 18 °C.
If operations are not to suffer under cavitation, the maximum suction head may not be exceeded. We’ll be pleased to advise you in the design of your pumps and systems. You can count on our experience!
